Would you return or throw away?

I have a child who left at the beginning of summer and won't be returning I found out. I still have alot of projects of theirs and was planning on giving upon return in Sept.

Would you take these to the child or just throw them out? I'm willing to take them to them but not sure if I should.

If it is just projects, no personal items, then I would toss. I am assuming from your hesitation that things did not end well with the family.....

would depend on the relationship and reason for leaving... if things ended on a sour note I would still give them the opportunity to pick them up before tossing them but I wouldn't deliver them.

Well I wouldn't say sour, just odd. Received a random text out of the blue saying "No return". Then one saying they loved it here, the child loved it here, they loved everything I did with the child. I just don't have enough children! I have up to 10 in the mornings and then 6 preschoolers (the same) everyday for childcare.

Consistency to me is important-not numbers.

I would text and ask if they wanted them and give them a deadline to pick them up. If no answer, I would toss.

I honestly think that most of them get tossed at home anyway.

I would return them so they will see how good they had it. LOL

I would return them as well. If you are uncomfortable, then just deliver to their porch in a plastic bag. Better than nothing.
