    I Get 4 Days Off...

I'm actually off Thursday through Sunday, totally unplanned!

I feel a massive reorganization of the playroom coming... and not a moment too soon because this isn't working (again *sigh*).

I wish I knew how some of you--with smaller spaces, even--manage to get such great set ups

      Enjoy your days off!! happyface

I also have a very small daycare space. I do daycare in my own living rm/dining rm. I don't have extra space. So I don't have a great set up but really wish I could as my family uses the space as our living rm at the end of the night. I pull out toys from a toy box and set up centers and different activities for the kids.. I have a play kitchen, easel, bins of magnet letters/numbers, 3 bins of different style blocks, book basket, and a toy box full of toys. We do lots of activities at my kitchen table. I have to make it work until we can buy a new house that has a daycare space. (which won't be for a long time). I completely understand your daycare space frustrations

Oh I plan to--one of them (Saturday) is my birthday happyface!

As for my space, I've got a good sized room as the playroom--it's about 325 sq ft. The trouble is largely the shape of the room (long rectangle) and the design of the house (bi-level, I have started to despise it with a passion) and the playroom is on the lower level. The kitchen is upstairs. It gets tiresome.

I also have a room that's dedicated to napping but as I only have two dcks that nap right now I'm starting to think fondly of changing that set-up...maybe making the room more versatile and using it as art space or preschool space or something. I need a better way to separate the preschooler activities from the toddlers.

            Enjoy!!!

My space is pretty small, it's our former living room (which is now in the basement, that we finished) and only like 20x15.
