    Park after dinner?

I'm having 'kids night' tonight. They usually leave at 5 and they're staying til 10. We're going out to dinner at 5/530. I'm considering taking them to a park after, to run out their energy before we go home to watch a movie and chill. Would that be a terrible idea to feed preschoolers (3-5) dinner/ice cream and then go to a park? Will they be throwing up everywhere? I always have park/active time BEFORE meals but in this case, the schedule wouldn't work out so nicely. Thanks for opinions!

I would do it! I take my own kids to the park after dinner all the time!

I would do it, too. I do picnics at the park all the time with my own kids, although they are usually too excited about playing to eat much
