Whoever did this deserves to go to the 9th level of hell. I already knew the story of Lina and just as in this case, was no one watching this child? I understand cultural differences but still, no one noticed anything odd?

That is HORRIBLE!!! That poor little girl. My son is 9, I can't even imagine such a thing. There are some very sick, sick people in this world.
