So I have two interviews today. One at 1:30 and the other at 4:00 So my interview comes at 1:30. Wow. She brings her two children, which I knew she was going to because they are new to the area and she has no one to watch them. So I thought it was only for the little boy but she has a four year old with her too. She's starting prek. I might need to pick her up... ummmm, no. Not gonna happen
Then dcb age 2 is running around my living room pulling things off the shelf and moving on the next thing. Within two minutes my entire house is a disaster. dcm says stop, pick those up and then goes and picks the toys up for him.
ummmmm.... Why would he pick them up if she does it for him. He doesn't listen at all... the girl would grab things from him he would grab things from her. I was just speechless! Wow!So I told her I would send her an email with more information. But I honestly don't think my home is the best place for these children. Especially if I take on an infant. I think these children are just too rough and tumble. But mom is driving thirty min just for my services! Which makes me feel good, but I don't see this going well...
All I can hope is that my 4pm interview goes better. She is another girl who is new in town. I actually have to meet her somewhere for her to follow me to my house. So, do I just say hello to her or do I talk to her for a bit at the meeting location??? Suggestions, because I really want this to work out so I can at least have some income and not be forced to make a decision I REALLY don't want to make....

sorry they didn't work out. Hopefully mom#2 will come around when she is feeling better!
