I was just working on scheduling an interview and I gave them the option of Tues (tonight) or Wed. I sent that email on Friday. Yesterday (Monday), they emailed saying they would be here tonight (Monday). I emailed back saying no, it needed to be Tues or Wed. I just received an email saying ok, we will see you one of those nights!

Ummm, no... I am not going to be in my work clothes (not that fancy, but not gardening/laundry/mowing/bike riding clothes) and I am not going to make sure my kids supper dishes are picked up immediately just because you can't decide what night or commit to a time. And, poopoo on you because I just scheduled interviews for both those nights - with set times and set dates. Guess your inability to commit just cost you a spot?!

Sorry, this whole interview thing just is annoying. Nothing is ever smooth...and I too HATE when they don't call/show.

I had a no call, no show last night too. I had a feeling she would either not show or be super late. Just a vibe I had from the phone call. I told my kids that I would give her 15 minutes to get here and then we were taking off. I have things to do. I'm not going to wait around.

I gave her some time then we went out for ice cream. I have been so stressed out about these interviews and of course needing some more income that I gave myself a fever blister... great job Shelby... Next time don't stress about this stuff... let God work it out!
