Wrist Pain

yesterday my wrist has been hurting. I know I didn't do anything crazy, so do you think its from my job

More then likely! I've heard my wrist picking up kids just this year.

Mine was hurting awhile back too. I know it had to be from the repetitious movements from doing my job day in and day out. I got a brace from the drug store to immobilize it and let the tendons rest for a few days and now it's totally fine.

I have a tensor on it. I think I'll go to the drugstore and buy one
