Anyone Have An Assistant Manual That They Would Share With Me?

I am in need of a daycare asst employee manual...anyone have one that they are willing to share with me.

Sorry hun, no manual here as my DH is my helper and he is simply required to do as I ask....

Have you tried looking at Nan's blog about this? She has some really great ideas on what to include and not include for assistants. If you don't find the info on he rblog, I would try e-mailing her. She is super awesome about knowing how to deal with that kind of thing.

I have looked at it some time ago, but will look at it again..

I really need to have a job description outlined, what is expected of the employee, stuff like that...

Rules, policies, and etc...

I typed in google child care employee hand book and got these, they are very helpful and covers everything u need to include, even though its a center , you pretty much follow the same things and this will look super professional and cover u on all sides...
