2 More Room Dec. Questions

I have a ceiling so today we should be mudding and taping. But I have 2 questions.

1.I'm getting a flat screen for the dc (remember my own children who are older use it) now where do I put the wii and the dvd, do any of you have a shelf under the tv.

2. if you have a computer in your dc space, what is it sitting on, how does your desk look. Is it big, does it have doors. I need ideas. It has to have the the router sitting with it and the printer.

I have a shelf above my TV for the equipment needed.

My PC is kept (with the printer) inside a bottom cabinet.

That is at my home, but at my daycare I have neither a TV or a computer.....just MY laptop but that is for me. I offer zero electronic choices/experiences for my dck's.

But, I know you have your own children that need this stuff so I thought I would answer about my own stuff.

No flat screen so not sure there.

Desk-3-4 feet wide with 4 shelves above it. Goes clear up to our 8 ft. ceiling.
Underneath is the slide out keyboard shelve, below that a shelve to hold paper etc.. In the open space under that I have three crates where I hold my curriculum, worksheets, monthly ideas and such.

My printer sits on our bar next to it.

Im there with ya about the computer. I only have a laptop. I have a wireless printer, so I can put that anywhere if I have to. I was going to get a rollie cart with a small platform for laptop, but how fast will THAT get knocked over?!? I dont want dedicated space for it so no idea what to do.

thats my problem. Its a laptop too, its so hard to decide what to do. Oh dh said I should get wireless printer but I think my kids would use even more ink, they love to print things. I do love keeping the computer in the daycare room because sometimes my kids become rowdy when they are on it.
