Minute Menu Deleting My Meals

I'm so frustrated. I'm able to claim my own kids, because I only have 1 daycare kid each day. In May, it deleted a bunch of days so I only got half of what was owed. It was supposed to be added to Junes check, but I got that today and it's not added in. my check from June was also short.

I have 2 infants that have different meal requirements, and it always deletes one of them!

I've never had that problem before with the deleting of things. That's kinda weird. Do you hit save after you've recorded them? Maybe contact MMK and see if they have any suggestions. Sorry I'm not much help.

Do you always go from "meal planner" and "meal counts" with the "return" button in the upper left corner? You MUST use this to go out of any screen. It's like a "back" button. If you ever just close a page or go from one to the other, it may not record your info or might only record some of it. I always use the "exit" button as well, but I don't think that one is as critical.

If you are doing all of that, you probably have to contact your food provider and have the program re-loaded.
