I am glad no one was hurt but this wasn't just an accident - this girl PURPOSELY got behind the wheel of the car and drove it??? That is insane and she should be held responsible.

I think they should both face charges. Thirteen is old enough to know not to play with the car . And it was only an act of God that someone wasn't hurt. We talking about this on the Off Topic forum, kids have to be held responsible for their behavior at some point.
