Welcome back. We really liked the baby bjorn. Once they get a little older we put the flap down and placed out child facing foward.

      Baby carrier

I have difficulty with my son, and as the third child I thought of trying something new and bought the Serene Sling. Best purchase ever, that's all I have to say! Just google it.

From a baby wearing, cloth diaper obsessed momma who just termed a high needs, constantly crying infant to another:

        Don't do it.

On a more serious note, I loved the ergo. It supports the hips and prevents leg droop. It also supports the spine pretty well.

          ERGO!!!
You can buy used ones on websites like thebabywearer.com, ebay.com, and diaperswappers.com.

Baby Bjorns can cause hip dysplasia.

Whether you're a new parent or looking to replace your current baby carrier, this article aims to provide valuable insights on what to consider when choosing

I am a cloth diapering, toddler wearing provider. I wore a 2-year-old for several weeks when she started here and was out of her element (in an Ergo). Now we have a very strong bond and she doesn't need the constant contact with me any longer.

I like the Ergo as well but you would need an infant insert for tiny babies. I also like slings. We had a Peanut Shell that was my favorite but there are many good brands out there. Very easy to use and get tiny ones in and out of.

p.s. check for allergies! "Colic" and "reflux" can often be solved with a change of diet.

Don't go with a crotch dangler like the baby bjorn or snuggli, they put too much pressure on the baby's hips and pelvis and they are so uncomfortable for both mom and baby. When my daughter was a newborn up to about 1 year we used a Sleepy Wrap or a Moby wrap. As she got older we transitioned to a Mei Tai.

I love my babyhawk Mei Tai. Just as easy to put on as the Ergo, and tons more flexible in what it can do.

I would tie without my very basic pouch sling.

I love my Ergo. More than a pouch sling, more than a ring sling, and more than a Mei Tai. They all serve their purposes, but my "go to" is an Ergo.

If you are needing to get baby in and out quickly, I would stick with a sling. wraps are nice but more complicated to get used to and not as user friendly all the time.....they seem more functional if you are wearing for a longer period and that type of thing.

yeah i have tried the moby wrap and it was just too much fabric for me to handle i dont know if she is looking for quickness, i think more comfortability and to be able to do things around the house while holding baby
