    Someone Was Asking About Weather

I just thought I'd share this. Our dcf put this out as a guideline for inclement weather, so that provider no longer have to "guess" WEATHER () it's too hot or cold to go out...

Ok...so I see that's only for hot weather. They have one for cold as well...

Washington's new law also spells it out for us:

We must be outside a minimum of 20 minutes unless there are conditions that may pose a health and safety risk:

    1. heat in excess of 100
    2. cold less than 20
    3. lightening storm, tornado, hurricane or flooding if there is immediate or likely danger to the children
    4. earthquake
    5. air quality emergency...
    6. lockdown ....
    7. other similar incidents

Outside with children of all ages when it's 21 degrees? not happening

Do you have to go out in the rain if there is no lightening?

Yikes!! We'd be inside half the year (probably more!) if we had those regulations here .
