Praying for Colorado

I sit here and watch the news about the fires in Colorado. Mostly Colorado Springs for this is my home state and where I went to high school.

I watch all those places where we hung out burning up. Use to ride my bike for hours and hours in the Garden of the Gods.

I pray that my family that still lives there is safe and that their homes are safe. I pray that these fires are out very soon.

It is very sad watching these terrible fires destroy such a beautiful state.

God be with them all as well as all those brave firefighters.

We get a lot of fires here in California and we've been very fortunate the last few years to not have these kinds of fires lately. I also have relatives near Denver, Colorado and hope they can get those fires under control.
