    I Listened But I Didn't Hear, Now I'm Hearing

What a difference in my dc now that the two children from the one family are gone. We all miss them terribly, but the dynamics are so very different. I have not had one "accident" where someone was hurt in almost a week!!! Oh, sure, there have been the usual arguments and complaining, and things have happened like kids falling down or bumping heads, but not ONCE has anyone been pushed, hit, kicked or otherwise been purposefully hurt by a dc child! It is heaven!!!

I know NOW why you interview so carefully.

I loved that family and I loved those kids, but I truly was afraid that they were a safety issue in the daycare environment. They had an opportunity to stay home with their dad, and I think it has worked out well for everyone involved.

I'll tell you, though, I am researching ALL information I can find on here about doing interviews!!!

Any further advice you want to throw my way is more than welcome!

I have learned the same thing too! When I termed the dcb who was always sick everything changed for the better. I was less stressed. I get an extra hour of sleep and cuddle time with my family in the morning. The other kids seem better too, maybe because I am not stressed as much. It makes such a big difference. I dont even miss the money. I will sacrafice that $ again in a heartbeat to have my serenity back.

I think most of the time, if something is not working, time is not going to fix it. Its important to know when to let kids go.
