Welcome to my world. Always always always hot. Our seasons in Florida: summer and January. Or Hurricane season, love bug season, tourist season and summer. Its so hot, when you turn on the cold water side of the faucets, first you get burned by the hot water that was sitting in the pipes in the attic, then, the best you can hope for is lukewarm water. Cold water only exists in the frig.

We usually visit the North Shore and Duluth every year... we LOVE that area and are so sadden to see all the damage you guys got up there! Devastating!
