    Building in Jacksonville, FL

    Hello,
I am new to this site. I am looking for a building that is already set up for a daycare center, because it will require me to do less changes. If anyone has one or has a good way for me to locate a center please infor me. My end goal will be to have a Montessori school, however I will not be able to start my training until next year. I would like to just open a learning center in the mean time. Thank you for your help.

Call me crazy, but I started a center from scratch. Yep, lots of work, but here is an example. A church was renting out its former daycare space. It was about 2500 square ft feet. They wanted 6800 per month. I BOUGHT a residential property and went through the process, and my mortgage is 1915 a month.......just saying....sometimes doing things the "hard way" is better in the long run. You can pm me anytime if you have opening a center questions.
