I do take about 5 days off per year for vacation and they know by Jan 1st what the schedule is for that year. ALL my appointments are 6:00pm or later, or on a Saturday. I very rarely take time off other than vacation.

          2) Are you at full capacity? Not right now.

          3) How much do you charge? $130 full time per week; $3.50 per hour part time (under 30 hours per week)

          4) Do you teach preschool? Not an organized program. This is daycare, not school. They will have plenty of time sitting in a desk, listening to lectures, and trying to be quiet. I play with the children and during play we work on colors, shapes, numbers, letters, sequencing, etc. Oh, then there's the whole life skills things like crawling, walking, talking, feeding themselves, manners, sharing, washing hands, etc. We are talking about primitive skills to prepare them for life.

          5) Do you provide food? Yes, and I'm on the food program

          6) Do you have an assistant? Like I am getting enough to cover the wages of an assistant. :: No.

          7) Do you have a sub or close if you can't work? I have to close.
          Here you go.

                  1) What hours are you open? I have flexible hours, contracted individually to each family. That means some days I'm done by 4, some days I'm not done til 11:30pm ...

                  2) Are you at full capacity? nope. never have been. But where I am there are age restrictions which make it difficult to fill up when you're new.

                  3) How much do you charge? $35/day

                  4) Do you teach preschool? I've been told that my program, though not intended to mimic preschool, is very similar to what is done in preschool

                  5) Do you provide food? yes.

                  6) Do you have an assistant? no

                  7) Do you have a sub or close if you can't work? My contract states that parents are required to find their own care if I am unavailable but I do what I can to get someone in to cover me
