We Are Moving!!

Dh got his orders today. We are moving to Grand Forks in 4 months! We will be about 4 hours from our family!! We are so excited but I need to rehome two of my animals (my cats) because we are only allowed 2 animals on base and we have two dogs. So for that I am devestated.

Haha I know. But it does mean I will be home for Christmas and Thanksgiving for the first time in 4 years. It has been so hard to get into the Christmas spirit with no snow and no family. Im so excited I could burst!!!!

When you get "home" (or as close as it is gonna get for now ) we are ALL going to have to do a provider get together as I am only 3.5 hours from Grand Forks so we can meet somewhere in the middle and have lunch!

Plus I know there are a few more in the same area happyface

Oh cool! I have never been there but I have been looking at maps on google of the area. How far would you say the base is from the actual town. I have also been looking for home to rent and have found NOTHING!

It's about 20-25 minutes from town. Are you looking for a house on base to rent? I'm not sure much about that. I know there are some homes for rent in town but they are over a 1000 a month from what i have seen in the newspaper. If you have any questions let me know!!

We will probably live in base housing since driving 25 minutes to base in the winter would stink! I have just been looking at other options too. Lots of apartments but we have two big dogs!
