    The Waiting Game

Dcm told me on fridaythat the kids would be here Mon, Tue and Fri, except her nephew who is on subidy, he is here everyday. G-pa is still with his g-friend on vacation and the kids are still not here. Last week, dcm's b-friend (father of her youngest) dropped the kids off in the morning by 6:15. Tried calling her cell but didn't get anywhere.

I'd leave her a message & let her know you had somewhere to go & you can't wait around all day for them to show up. How annoying!

If daycare children do not show up at contracted times, I do whatever I want to do. Once a girl wasn't supposed to be back til Fri. but went to the dr. on Thurs. and did come Thurs. around 10:00 am, I was gone, I went for a bike ride with my 2 toddlers . They were out of luck, couldn't find me. We just don't sit around all day, open for them to pop in whenever they feel like it, and expect you to wait around all day for them!! I don't think so!! I have learned so many things over the yrs.!!!
