    The general consesnus would not matter to me. What would matter to me is MY PERSONAL feelings about it and the liability I face if I don't report it. This has been going on way to long, there could be SERIOUS health repercussions and the parents are NEGLECTING the needs of their child. I would call CPS.

      I would also call CPS and I also wouldn't have allowed him back as long as you have. I would have said doctor's note or he can't return or I would have just terminated even if it's not in my contract. I would be mad as a parent if I found out my provider was allowing a child with this problem around my kids.
