The DCB I had start in April, the one who showed up with notice and the eating issues. He has started to display a lot of anger. I dont know why and where its coming from. He seems to have finally adjusted to us, but now it's this. Some behaviors:
•loud crying for seemingly no reason. When I ask if he needs the cry corner, he stops on a dime, only to start back up again.
•Yelling "Leave me alone!" over and over, even when no ones near him. If he bothers someone and they say stop or no, he screams "Don't tell me no!!" a million times.
•Making a "screw face" alllll the time.
•Yesterday when we wouldn't fill his plate with cracker, he took the remaining food and plate and slammed it on the floor.
These behaviors are magnified if he's hungry of tired, but he does them very frequently, and they're escalating.
Any advice on his anger? I try to let him have his screaming fits in the cry corner, but it's not working anymore....
