Need Encouragement

I have decided today is termination notice day for the 5 year old I've been having massive problems with.

DCP's are not going to be happy about this and I am going to give notice but I'm already so stressed because of this kid that I really don't want angry phone calls tonight.

Do you think I could request that there be no phone/text messages tonight? It's a long shot anyway because they've minimally followed my PHB anyway.

I can not wait to feel the weight lifted off my shoulders when I give notice.

I feel for you...I will probably be making a phone call of my own tommorow night. Not much encouragement, I'm afraid, but certainly empathy!

I would turn off my ringer on the home phone and if they text your cell, I'd reply that it is after business hours and I will be happy to talk to them on Monday. If they continue to text I would block their number.
