Question For Illinois Providers?

do you have a blank copy of a fire drill/tornado log? and a copy of the daily inspection checklist?
we get copies from our rep and i just ruined mine by spilling coffee... thanks!

But those forms are not listed on the website. I am just so embarrased to call my license rep and tell him that my log is all smeared and smelling like coffee!

I was hoping one of the other illinois providers could send me a copy of theirs and if not I will be calling my license rep on monday. thank you
