I have a situation. I have a interview tonight for two full time children making 50 more a week then from some familys with two kids. My question is that I have a family that use to be full time then the parents split so they only come every other week when the mom brings them. So I wanted to term that family but im really close to them so how do I go about terming? I need the extra every other week . Thnks

i would start the replacement family first, make sure that works out and then term the part timers. letting them know that the schedule no longer works for you.
