Books to Help Kids With the Loss of a Pet?

Do any of you have a recommendation of a good book to help explain the loss of a pet? Our cat has cancer and has stopped eating. He is being euthanized this afternoon... My children are 3 and 5.

I am so sorry for your loss. That is so sad. You have the right idea about finding a picture book to help your little ones deal with this. I dont have a specific one that I have used, but I found several choices on Amazon. Check the link below for ideas.
