    Establishing Arrival Time Expectations

I like the no coming in after a certain time idea.

I have one Preschooler that habitually arrives either after our morning circle time or right in the middle (which causes me to have to get up to answer the door, usher her in, and start back up again).

I suppose I figured that if they're paying, they can drop off and pick up at any time they would like to. But, I'm set up as a Preschool not a daycare.

What wording would be appropriate in modifying my Parent Handbook? I have nothing about this in there.

    copied directly from my handbook:

My opening time each day is 7:00 a.m. The gate will be unlocked each morning at approximately 6:55 a.m. You must get previous approval for arrivals before 7 a.m. Children must arrive by NO LATER THAN 9:30 a.m. each day. If your child has not arrived by this time, they may not attend care for that day.
