Mississippi Non-licensed Home Childcare - Limit of Children

Okay. I know that you can only watch 6 children (including one's own) in Mississippi.

But....does that mean just at one time. Or can I watch 6 children from
    8am - to - 5pm. And then watch 3 more different children after 5?

If anyone has any links or information, please post!

    Thanks in advance!

Here is a link to your state's guidelines. Hope it helps.

In my state, your capacity means how many you can have at one time. My capacity is 15, but I have 18 total enrolled, some are part time. If the link posted above doesn't help, call your licensing official, but as long as you don't have more than six at one time, I would imagine you are ok.
