Structured days?

Do you have a rigid schedule or offer more freeplay?
For those with structure, what does your day look like?

I have a schedule, but there's a ton of free play. I dont follow the times rigidly either...
7 am - 9 am: Free play/ Breakfast
9 - 9:15? : Circle Time
9:15 - 9:45: Art/Large group activity
9:45 - 11:00: Centers
11:00 - 11:45: Outside
11:45 - 12: Prepare for lunch
12:00 - 12:30: lunch
12:30 - 12:45: Prepare for rest
12:45 - 3:00: Rest
3:00 - 3:30: Snack
and the rest of the day is divided between outside time, story time and limited free play.

I have more of a routine then a schedule.
The "basics" happen the same time everyday, as far as eating, playing, and sleeping. The rest is up to what the kiddos are in to that moment.
