Laundry Soap Bottles

I always ask parents to save their garbage and send it in. We find use for all sorts of stuff....boxes, TP tubes, you name it.

I just had two different parents drop off a TON of laundry soap bottles and tea jugs. Like 2 dozen of them.

What can I do with them? My original thought (I found on pinterest) was to drill holes in the lids to use as watering cans for the garden. But I didn't expect 24 of them!

What else can I do with them?

Do they have the little button you push to get it out? I'm putting a bunch of those outside around my outdoor kitchen for water for it this summer. I was thinking also around the flower beds so the kids could water the plants. Would take awhile!

My own personal idea that I will use my self..... Is to refill one or two with winter rock salt and use it as a quick pourer/sprinkler in the winter

Laundry Soap

I make my own laundry soap and use old containers I get to store it in or give as gifts

Do they have handles? Cut part off and make it a throw and catch game. obviously you'll need two, one for each player. Tennis balls work awesome for this game.

If they have the push button, you can refill them with homemade bubbles and let the kids refill their own bubble bottles!

Of course, that's only one or two of them......

A few years back my son's Kindy class did this. I went in for 2 days that week to help them build it. It was huge and pretty cool.
