Does Anyone Have A Fitted Vinyl Table Cloth?

My poor dinning table is taking a beating! I've tried various pieces of vinyl and table cloths, but my youngest 3 WILL NOT leave them alone. I take it off, try again a few weeks later, and the same battle begins.

I have tried the clips, and they pull those off too, plus they really don't hold the vinyl on very well...so nope.

I see online there are some fitted elastic vinyl tablecloths. Kind of cheesy, but whatever.

My table is 71" x 45" though, and they all measure "up to 68"...so not sure if it would stretch 3 extra? Reviews seem to be that they are flimsy....

Does anyone have a better idea? On my outdoor table, I duct-taped the vinyl to the entire underside. That worked, but I'm not willing to do that to my dinning table....

I have a child sized table available...but I don't have room for it in the house, unless I take out our dinning table and put it there.

I bought heavy weight vinyl at the fabric store and cut it down to be just a bit larger than my tables. I used my daughter's crafting tape runner and taped it to the underside of the tables. It has really saved them from the kids.

I have one from one of those mail order catalog places. Miles Kimball or Harriet Carter, I don't remember which one. My table is 34 x 60 and there is plenty of give in it. I use when we paint, glue, etc.

Sew a wider hem around a large tablecloth and then put elastic and make your own cloth to fit.
