    Sending you support.

I am so happy for you that the Supervisor you are working with seems to be listening and taking what you have to say to heart with an objective perspective. In my case, when I appealed a recent decision made by my analyst to issue a citation over a vaguely written personal rights policy for breaking specific rules that don't exist ... anywhere - I was berated, lectured in writing and finally personally insulted by both the Supervisor and the Analyst.

Something needs to be done about the 'gray' areas of how different Analysts handle their jobs as well as interpreting and enforcing the rules and regulations.

My inspection lasted over 3 hours - right through childrens' drop offs and breakfast, and she insulted not only myself, but two of my adult children by suggesting to them that their presence in our kitchen having a cup of coffee before they left for work could cause a distraction for me from taking care of the kids and that it shouldn't happen on a regular basis. Their own kitchen. But she didn't think that keeping me at my diningroom table for 3 hours took my attention off of the kids at all???

I am so frustrated! And I am frustrated for ALL of us. I too felt what you did - just shut me down, because THIS humiliation and disrespect is not worth it!

I hope things get remedied for you - it sounds like the ball is rolling! Best of Luck!

Good for you, calling up and making a complaint.

Call again and make another complaint, for her 2nd visit. Ask that someone else does the visit from now on (conflict of interest) and or someone above her comes with her.

      Power trip-

      Sorry you went through this.

      Welcome to the Forum~
