Need Your Opinion For Newsletter "Article"

I have written this to add to my newsletter. Opinions please?

The nice weather is here! Wooohoo! Spring and Summer time usually mean lots of schedule changes. Please remember, in accordance with your signed contract, your tuition rate is based on your arrival and departure times and does not account for additional time. Any care provided before or after contracted arrival and departure times needs prior approval.
Both permanent and one-time requests to provide care above and beyond these times need to be submitted in writing. Other accepted forms of written notice can include email and text message. In addition, an overtime fee may be charged. All efforts will be made to accommodate same day requests, however, due to scheduling or ratio conflicts, these requests may not always be approved.
After a request is made, I will let you know if I am able to accommodate your request and any amount due for additional time. Overtime rates typically are in the range of $5 for each additional 15 minutes. Late fees of $1 per minute for unapproved extra time still apply.
I have hour change requests forms on the bulletin board for you to use. Please feel free to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
