I am currently in the decision-making process of starting a daycare (in MN). I am contemplating purchasing or renting a separate home or townhouse to run my daycare. I would really appreciate some insight from anyone who has done this in MN. You can post here or I would welcome an email. I am curious how the loan for a home would work as well as taxes. Thank you to anyone who can offer some wisdom in this area!
