Good luck!!!!! I hope it goes easily for you. We did ours Feb 2nd or 3rd but then we had major motivation to do them - we usually get a decent refund.

Don't feel too bad.....I just got mine all prepared to drop off at the accountants office.

Thank goodness she is family or I would be her WORST client....well, I am sure I AM her worse client but she just smiles and nods because she is family.

You all remind me of my family! Hahah. I had mine all ready for the day the IRS would start accepting electronic returns. But I really wanted my money! Hahah we got like 8k back this year because my husband was deployed for half of 2011. I would rather earn the interest rather than let the IRS earn it. I am a few credits short of having my accounting degree and worked for an accountant for a few years. So my family always calls on me to do their taxes. Luckily most of them are pretty simple returns. My mom called me last night and asked if I would do 2 of my brothers taxes. I am the oldest of 5 so I am sure I will be getting 2 more calls this week or next. Hahaha.

Yeah, I would have had mine done alot sooner too if I actually ever got any money back!

With both my DH and I being self-employed and no children at home anymore, the luckiest we have gotten is getting enough money back from Federal to pay State.

I think after doing that last year, we had $4 left! Woot Woot...a gallon of milk!! happyface

I can see how motivation to do your taxes would be hard if you know you have to pay! In that case I say let the IRS wait! LOLhappyface

I FedEx'd mine to the accountant two weeks ago, don't have them back yet. I HATE doing our taxes, makes me physically sick. MMK makes things so much easier.

Mine is done, but I wont e-file until the 17th because we have to pay this year. It's the first time in I don't know how long we have to pay, but considering about a third of our taxable income wasn't taxed, I expected it.
