Anyone Here From Ontario An Own A Centre?

I'm working on a 5-7 year plan, where I (and my husband) open a daycare centre, just seeing if there is anyone who might have some advice, tips, etc.

I'm starting my ECE in January, then I will work daycare for 3-5 years before opening my own site. (that's the plan so far).
