Opening a Home Daycare

hi my name is lynelle and I'm in the process of opening a home daycare. i live in the Chicago area and have been in the Chicago school system for at least 6 to 10 years. I aleays wanted something of my own and hopefully this will work out in my favor. I need to ask if someone could send me a copy of a hazardous plan I would greatly appreciate it.
