sheesh, at first I was thinking you were going to say a bottle of tequila! LOL!!
Yep, I would absolutely feed dcg the forumla, cereal and prunes. She should be poo'ing them out around Sunday morning.....when you aren't watching her! LOL!!
or did you mean all that mixed together in one bottle? If so, no way. I only put formula in a bottle. NOTHING else. ever.- Flag

Ewww....that is disgusting! In that case, I would NOT feed that to her. She needs to eat the cereal and prunes fro a spoon, not from the bottle. I don't know if you are on the fodd progrma or not but if you are, you cannot feed that to her (atleast not according to my FP rules).
If you have formula there, just feed her the bottle and then maybe try to feed her the ceral and prunes separately (if you have some). I wouldn't advise feeding her the all-in-one mixture.- Flag

They say she has been having more formed stool since starting solids. Which IME is what happens when you start solids anyhow.... I have only had normal stool and blow outs to chamge when she has been here though- Flag

The only time I will fortify a bottle with anything other than formula/breastmilk is for a baby with severe reflux and only with a doctor's note. I also wouldn't serve it.
Formed stools are normal at 6 months. Is it still soft or is it hard? Is it still regular (she's not holding it because it hurts, I mean)?- Flag

Yes, I do think stools become more solid as they eat more food...
I would feed it too her today, but not push her to finish it if she doesn't want to.
When ever I have a baby move into food the parents and I talk talk talk about each new food or meal time.
I stop them to talk about when why and how when they bring me prunes. I am more than happy to help a constapated child but if they are not (doesn't sound like she is and they just don't know the 'new food' poop) too much punes and bm can dehydrate a baby...
Doesn't sound like a huge deal today, but I would talk to the family tonight.- Flag
