I came back to daycare after a 10 year break almost exactly a year ago.
There was a long adjustment period, and some pretty challenging behaviors, lots of adjusments.
Maybe it's all the nice weather, or maybe we've just gotten our groove, but I love this job! The kids are comming around, and most days are reasonably peaceful. I am finding that developing a curriculum is a great way to challenge my creative energies, so not only the kids benefit from it!lovethis
My youngest kids are 19 month now, and they are so much fun! I THOUGHT I like 'em best at 8-15 months (kids in general), but now I"m thinking the over 2 crowd is the funnest!
Anyway, I thought I'd celebrate for once instead of whining. happyface
