Jealous Of Those With Warm Weather

First day of spring and we are expected to receive 2-4 inches of rain from today through tomorrow! Several places under flood watch and parts of my backyard is already very sloshy. Luckily we went outside yesterday but I actually had two parents that were concerned because they thought it was to cold-45 degrees maybe.

We are to have a dry Friday and then another big storm hitting for the weekend. My kids get so excited about going outside when we have but at this rate its going to be quite awhile before we get to go outside more than one day a week!

I'm one of the lucky ones with beautiful weather but I feel for you! Rain is one of those necessary evils in life but when it gets to the point where your yard is already sloshy and you know more is coming....that's really discouraging. Hopefully, the weather pattern in your area will change soon and give you a much needed break.
