Michael Please Help With my Ad on Daycare.com

I already have an old ad on daycare.com that has all the wrong info. I also don't remember my login info so I can't go in and change the info myself. I should now have a free ad on here because I'm over 100 posts. Can you delete my old ad so I can write a new one and give myself new login info? Or can you assign me new login info so I can change the info on the old ad?
