    One Thing After Another

Been in and out of the bathroom all afternoon. Will spare you the details but I guess my body is trying to get rid of something. I'm assuming its the birthday cake we had last night or the Mexican food. I can barely move without being overly nauseous and I have to array eaten all day. Dh took DS to the grocery store with him so I could rest because there is no way I could supervise him with going into the bathroom every 5 minutes. Should I close or should I wait and see how I feel tomorrow?

I would call in tonight. That's what I have done. It gives the parents more time to put the back-up plan into motion.

Last time (it's only been twice) it happened, I felt ok the next morning, and by 10am I was fine. I ended up using it as a work day-got the house & daycare clean, planned some activities, and paid bills, etc.

Definitely close. Call them asap. You don't know that it was food...and if it's a stomach virus, you'll get everyone sick. Stay in bed tomorrow and REST!! Can DH stay home too and take care of your DS?

I hope so. But he may need to start the exercise tomorrow and work 12s. He went out and got me mind life savers to **** on and is allowing me to lay in bed now. I let dcm know and she said she hoped I feel better. I am starting to feel better after each "episode" . As long as I sit or lay really still want don't move around too much.

I would definitely close tomorrow if you are still having issues tonight. Even if you do feel better tomorrow, you could probably use the rest after feeling so sick today.

          Hope you feel better soon!

I would definately close! My husband got sick, gave it to me. I had to close. One of my dayare parents got it. Thought we were all good. Two weeks later the kids are getting sick. It's awful, if you feel half as bad as i did there is no doubt you should close. There is some pretty nasty stuff going around. Get some rest if you can!!

I closed and I'm just praying I don't lose this family. And good thing I did because DS was up coughing all night and threw up all over my bed. Motherhood is wiping vomit off your bed with half a container of baby wipes and just going back to bed.
