Another Overnight Care ?

Happy hump day!

I'm needed advice please, for those who do overnight care for school age children. What do your parent do during school holidays/summer break.

I'm thinking a parent who works overnight their kid must attend school in order for them to get any rest at all. I would need my overnight kids gone no later then 7am to stay with ratio.

How/what do you do? Thanks

I would just make 6:45am the latest pick up available. This gives you a 15 minute window in case they are a few minutes late.

They would have to find alternate care for their kids just like like people do when their providers are closed.
