HELP Anyone In Nebraska Know If I Have To Report This?

I was sure I read something that said if a child is injured while in your care and requires medical attention you have to call licensing and have them come out. I can't find that information now. Anyone able to clear that up? A little one fell out of a toddler chair and bit his lip really bad. Mom is taking him in to see if he needs stitches.

I don't recall anything like that..but I should look it up for my own knowledge, too! Can you call your licensor just to be sure?

I am in SD, not NE, but here we are supposed to report it. They don't come out to inspect because of it, they will just note it on your licensing review that you self-reported an injury. If I were you I would call my licensor just to be sure.
