I thought I messed something up with chat so as least it wasn't just me.

I found out the hard way that something is better than nothing. At least you will know what to add to your handbook as you get it figured out. You will NOT get it perfect the first time, and maybe not even the second, third or fourth time, but you will eventually get it to the point that you are happy with it.

I keep thinking that I will take this as my learning experience. So I will give it my all and fall flat on my face But I will try my best! I will add you to my list also, hope that is ok

so very very true... this is why it is important to make sure you add into your PHB or contract that you are free to make revisions as you see necessary

to administer medication (which i don't administer any at all ZERO)

I also have a form for what types of lotions, sunscreen, bug spray etc. are acceptable. If they require something that I don't use, then they have to provide it.
