2-Yr old's Speech Not Up To Par

I've mentioned this before, but I read The Pioneer Woman's blog, and there is a section on homeschooling that often has articles that translate well for childcare. Occasionally, she has what she calls Community Questions. Someone will write in a question, and it becomes the topic for that day. This one is about speech-delayed 2-yr olds, and has some really good suggestions in the comments so I thought I'd share it:
