I spent 20 minutes trying to explain leap year to a group of 2,3,and 4 year olds at calendar time. I tried to explain how special it was and they were not impressed.::

I know.... I did the same. They were totally bored. Now I showed them the elephants on Africam.com and they sat and watched for 15 minutes without breathing! ::::

Then I told them to leap up and down for Leap Day, and they LOVED that!
