Stomach Virus since Saturday?

I woke up Saturday with a stomach virus...had diarrhea off and on all day, threw up around 2 AM Sunday morning, and have had diarrhea since then every few hours. Yesterday I thought it might be going away but today I'm not so sure. What the heck could this be? No one else in my family or daycare is sick!
