are you on the food program?? they always account for my son.
I had to do this last year when I made a mistake. I sent him to my in laws for a thursday -Monday. came home on the weekend
I just told the food program so that I could claim the other child and they would not automatically account for my son- Flag

I was just going to say, how about sending your own to Grandma's for the two weeks? Would that help? You'd still have 3 under 2 though...
My dd (now 14) attended daycare for two weeks before her 2nd bday so that I could take another child. It was her only dc experience outside of mine.- Flag

So, technically I would be fine if I made other arrangements for one of my kids to be out of my home for those 2 weeks? If that's the case I think I can do that.
I am on the food program but don't claim my own kids.- Flag

Someone from CA answer this one...I don't know your ratios. Here in WI, that would work.- Flag

No, that will not work. Your problem is that you will be over capacity with your infants (under age 2). You're allowed 3 under 2 OR a total of 4 under 2.
If you send your kids away, you will have 4 under the age of 2 AND a 2 yo. That still puts you over capacity.- Flag

March 18 is the 23 mo olds bday so she would be 2. Then I would have three 2 year olds and 2 infants and my own 2 school agers- Flag
