What Is Considered A "Proper Changing Station"?

    Covered the un-used bathtub with a "table" at the right height for me. Big enough to change the largest kids.

      I have a bleach solution that is in a tub with a lid on it. I use a basic wash cloth that I rinse out between each use. The bucket is stored under the sink and my sink cabinets have locks so that it passes LIC regulations. I dump the solution at the end of the day as well. sometimes I will reuse it, as long as a dirty cloth does not go back into it....
